Terms

  • A standard booking form must be completed in advance.
  • Payment can be by cash, cheque or BACS. Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Invoices will be raised on a monthly basis and payment is strictly 14 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be charged on late payments. For clients requiring ‘single project’ rather than regular work, payment becomes due upon completion of the work.
  • If any client cheques are returned unpaid, the client will be liable for bank charges incurred.
  • Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client. All errors returned within 48 hours will be corrected free of charge.
  • We guarantee complete confidentiality and would be happy to sign any Non-disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement.
