About us
Established in 1996, Virtuosity is owned by Jackie Baily, a qualified PA with 20 years experience of working at Chairman and CEO level across many industry sectors.
Based in North Yorkshire, Virtuosity carries out work for both companies and personal clients all over the UK. In addition, the advent of digital technology has enabled the crossing of time zones and the provision of support to businesses throughout the world.
Over and above traditional PA skills, Jackie has extensive experience of organising complex travel arrangements and corporate events, Board administration, database creation and direct mail services.
Qualifications and Professional Memberships
Jackie has an Honours degree in Music and a Royal Society of Arts Diploma for Personal Assistants
She is a member of the International Association of Virtual Assistants (IAVA) and a member of the York & North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce
She is an active member of Business Network York and Network Yorkshire
